Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 29 October 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the website of Rose & Maree Sydney, a trading name of LFS Commerce, Frouwesân 123, 8939 ES Leeuwarden, the Netherlands (“we”, “us”). By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you have any questions about these Terms & Conditions, please contact us through our contact page.
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our website.
By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions, together with our Returns & Refunds, Shipping & Delivery, Payment Methods, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy pages.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions conflicts with mandatory consumer protection laws, those laws prevail.
2. Product information
We do our best to make sure that descriptions, images, prices, sizes, colours and other information shown on the website are accurate and up to date.
The actual colours of items may vary slightly depending on your device, your screen settings, the lighting or normal differences in production.
We reserve the right to correct typing errors, inaccuracies, omissions or pricing errors at any time. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you where reasonably necessary.
3. Orders, prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD).
Orders are processed once payment has been successfully authorised or received. Payments run through Shopify’s secure checkout, and the payment options available are shown at checkout. They may include:
- major credit and debit cards
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Shop Pay
The availability of individual payment methods may vary depending on your device or the payment provider.
Bundle discounts. When you buy more than one item, bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout: 10% off 2 items, 15% off 3 items and 20% off 4 or more items.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, product unavailability or other circumstances that reasonably prevent us from fulfilling it.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the corresponding amount is refunded to the original payment method.
4. Shipping and delivery
We offer free standard shipping on every order to any address in Australia. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days and shipped directly from our supplier’s warehouse in China. Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days of being placed.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur because of, among other things:
- high order volumes;
- carrier disruptions;
- customs checks, where they apply;
- bad weather;
- public holidays;
- incorrect or incomplete delivery details;
- events beyond our reasonable control.
A delay in delivery does not automatically entitle you to compensation or to cancel your order, except as provided by applicable law or as expressly stated on our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages.
More details are available on our Shipping & Delivery page.
5. Returns and cancellations
Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds page. We encourage you to read it before placing an order.
Every order is backed by our 30-day money back guarantee: you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, under the conditions set out on that page.
Because orders go into preparation soon after they are placed, we can’t guarantee that an order can be cancelled or changed once it has been sent for preparation. If you want to request a cancellation or a change, please contact us as soon as possible through our contact page.
These policies do not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Responsibility for delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to give complete and correct delivery details when ordering.
If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a failed delivery, additional shipping costs may be charged.
When the carrier’s tracking shows that an order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, we may ask for further information or documents before investigating a report that it was not received.
We are not responsible for delays, losses or failed deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This does not limit the rights and remedies you have under the law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rose & Maree Sydney is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or the products.
Where liability cannot be lawfully excluded, it is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be prohibited by law.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all content made available through the Rose & Maree Sydney website — text, images, graphics, logos, brand elements, product photography, website design and other materials — belongs to Rose & Maree Sydney or is used under licence.
This content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
9. Complaints and customer service
Questions, complaints or requests can be sent to us through our contact page.
Please include your order number and a clear description of your question or complaint.
For reports about the condition or quality of a product, damage, or an incorrect item, we may ask you for clear photos or other reasonable information so we can assess the situation.
We aim to respond to requests within 5 business days.
10. Events beyond our control
We are not liable for delays or failure to meet our obligations where this is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, transport disruptions, orders of public authorities, customs delays, war, civil unrest, epidemics, pandemics, or disruptions affecting carriers and logistics providers.
11. Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version published on the website at the time of your order normally applies to that transaction, unless the law provides otherwise.
Material changes are indicated by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
12. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law applicable to the business that operates Rose & Maree Sydney, without affecting the mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
Any disputes are to be brought before the competent court, subject to any rights that applicable law gives consumers to bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
